Refund Policy
Please read carefully before making a purchase
Why we cannot refund
GameVault is a third-party store—we are not Steam or Valve. We buy game keys and licenses directly from Steam. Once we complete a purchase on our side, the game is delivered to you and the transaction with Steam is final. Steam does not provide us with a way to refund those purchases, so we are not able to refund you after you have bought a game from us.
Before you buy
We encourage you to:
- Check the game’s system requirements and store page
- Read reviews and product details
- Confirm the correct platform (e.g. Steam)
- Ensure you want the game before completing checkout
Paying with KokoPay (pay later)
If you paid using KokoPay (3 monthly installments), the same no-refund policy applies: we cannot refund the game once it is delivered. Your installment agreement is with KokoPay; you must complete all payments as required by their terms. Questions about installments or missed payments should be directed to KokoPay.
