1. About GameVault

GameVault is a third-party online store where you can purchase Steam games. We are not owned by or affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam. We source games for the Steam platform and sell them to you; your purchase is subject to both these terms and Steam’s terms and conditions where applicable.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GameVault, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

3. Account Registration

To purchase games on GameVault, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through GameVault are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Prices are displayed in USD (or as indicated)
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods
• KokoPay (Pay Later): You may pay in 3 monthly installments—one-third of the game price per month. KokoPay is provided by a third party; your installment agreement is with them and subject to their terms. If you choose KokoPay, you must complete all installments as required. The game is delivered after your order is confirmed; failure to pay installments may result in action by the payment provider.
• Digital products (Steam keys/licenses) are delivered after payment or payment plan confirmation as applicable

5. License and Usage

When you purchase a game from GameVault, you receive access to a Steam key or license for use on the Steam platform. Your use of the game is subject to Steam’s and the publisher’s terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer the key except as permitted by applicable terms.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account
• Games are for use on Steam as per their terms
• Some games may have additional terms from publishers or Steam

6. Refund Policy

We source games directly from Steam and cannot obtain refunds from them. Therefore we are unable to offer refunds after a purchase is complete. Please see our Refund Policy page for full details and what to do in case of order or payment errors.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use GameVault for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using bots or automated tools
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Harassing other users or staff

8. Intellectual Property

All content on GameVault, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of GameVault or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

GameVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of GameVault after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
